Another Beautiful Day In Hudson Valley…Garrison

I look forward to the scenic views from the window of the metro north train along the Hudson Valley .

Jus a couple hours out of the city once a week is the best free therapy session ,anyone can afford it.

As we recognize October as Mental Health Awareness Month.am reminded of how much my life has changed since I started hiking regularly.I am able to clear my head and focus on my self for a few hours with no distractions while enjoying the natural beauty that each destination offers.Sharing these special adventures with people who show up weekly for the same reason is a blessing (my trail family).

The view !!! Bear mountain & Storm king in site

Mostly cloudy today but manage a short 3.9 miles hike at Arden Point in Garrison with friends. The air was crisp and there were definitely signs of changes that fall foliage will soon be in full effect…

Still waters …
Then there was Bamboo….
Floating leaves 🍁
Ducks and Duckling 🐥
